DLG series single spiral cone mixer

(1) Working principle:

The machine is connected to a single spiral with scraper blades on the screw belt through a single-stage cycloidal pinwheel reducer. It operates at the same speed. During operation, the central spiral lifts the material inside the cylinder from the bottom to the top, while the screw belt spirals and lifts the powder material from bottom to top along the cylinder arm. The materials produce opposing shear mixing and diffusion with each other. Due to the installation of scraper blades on the screw belt, materials with poor fluidity or certain viscosity can be made to have good adaptability to non stick arms.
